and Control, Communicate, Synchronize and Document.
Plan
and Control
All processes are implemented by a precise plan. The plans and
timetables are developed at the initial stages and approved by
the customer prior to launching the project. The Project Manager
and other managers of the company supervise the execution of the
plans. This double control, on the part of the managers as well
as the customer, allows us to avoid deviations or wasted time.
The entire process is automated using our CRM system.
Communicate
Communication between all parties is crucial to preventing time-consuming
errors or to acting upon modifications based on customer feedback.
In order to ensure our customer's confidence and timely response
to questions and/or feedback, we provide the following interaction
